Can manage motion metadata is allowed to:
- change submitters
- change state
- change recommendations
- change category
- no new polls, changing polls or starting polls
Can manage motions is allowed to:
- change category
- create polls (but cannot see created polls)
- make changes to the motion itself
Can manage motion polls is allowed to edit existing polls and create ballot papers. Cannot create new polls.
Start and stop voting
To start and stop voting a user needs at least the two rights can manage motions and can manage motion polls.
