To be able to follow an assembly with OpenSlides, up-to-date and security-maintained browsers should be used: Chrome (or Chromium), Edge, Brave (with Shields disabled), Firefox.
Older versions, especially with the Safari browser, can cause problems. A similar situation can be observed with other mobile browsers.
We therefore recommend using a desktop PC or notebook for the conferences.
If this is not available, make sure that the above-mentioned browsers are up to date on the mobile devices.
Especially for the variant with integrated live stream and video conference, a stable and strong internet connection should be available.
- As a rule, all standard Internet lines are sufficient.
- Ideally, one is connected to the Internet via LAN cable.
- Other programs in the background should be switched off.
If you have moderator rights or want to share your screen, we recommend using Chrome.
