You can add new agenda items with the (+) in the top right.
To activate an agenda item or mark it as current, click on the corresponding projector icon.
On the standard projector and the autopilot the selected agenda item is now displayed and is visible to all.
Special status of the agenda:
- hidden only administrators/admin see, e.g. "show video" or preparatory TOPs, which have rather unofficial character
- internal also users with the right "may see internal" see, e.g. break
